Your question is a bit vague, but if you are talking about Dynamics CRM workflows through the editor, the workflow runtime will be the runtime.

To get this, follow these steps -

• As part of the workflow, in the create or update step, click in the date / time field on the form.
• In the "Form Helper" box on the right, open "Access the Process drop-down menu.
• Set the drop-down list to "Runtime"
• Click Add
• Click OK

This will cause the current workflow to be started in the form field. Screenshot below -
