Magento remove admin menu item

Question

Is it possible, in purple, to remove a menu item in admin?

I have a new module, and I am moving on to reviews and ratings in a new section. I am not opposed to leaving them also in the catalog section, but if it is possible (and clean), I would like from there from there.

Add the following lines to the config.xml extension file:

<adminhtml> <menu> <catalog> <children> <reviews_ratings> <disabled>1</disabled> </reviews_ratings> </children> </catalog> </menu> </adminhtml> 

And clear the cache.
