Click here It seems that this is a bug in the Eclipse PDT and according to this report: Error 271071 - "Incompatible version of the debugger", when it is not debugged, the error seems to be fixed when you close ALL projects in the workspace and then open it again depending on what you need.

Personally, I solved this by changing the debug ports in "Preferences → PHP → Debugging → Installed Debuggers", with these values:

Zend Debugger (30000)

XDebug (19000)

What works for me, maybe you need to try other ports.

With me, this was in addition to firefox hindrances (errors did not appear when Firefox was closed). I believe this is an add-on from muTorrent called Conduit, but I removed several at the same time. After that, the error has ceased to be displayed.

The muTorrent FF plugin was also my business. In fact, muTorrent has malicious behavior, during the installation even I turned off all the additional features, but all my browsers have the extension installed. My suggestion is to remove everything related to the program.
