Android - How to combine and move text on an image

Hi
Here is what I want to do.
- Open jpg in full screen.
- Enter the text in jpg.
- the ability to move this text where I want it to be located on the bitmap.
- text should be moved with your finger (not in code).

sort of like creating a personal funny Christmas card ...

I find a booty example of writing text on Bitmap but nothing about moving this text.

Do you need help!

EDIT - Image and added text should be saved as new jpg with the same size

• Draw a bitmap on the screen, then draw text on the initial x, y (for example, the center), following the examples you provided.

• Get input events describing finger movement.

• Use these input events to change the x, y value to draw text.

• Redraw the bitmap and text on the screen, with the text in a new location x, y.

• Repeat from step 2.
