I am looking for a good jersey and shiro and oauth tutorial to protect my resources. Any hint would be great.

I wrote a Jersey + Shirou tutorial a few weeks ago. The Shiro team is actually working on integrating OAuth authentication. For full integration , I think you will have to wait for version 1.2.
