Alternative to IETester

I was wondering if anyone knows about alternatives to IE Tester. I get some differences between my actual XP IE6 vm and my IETester. So I'm looking for something more accurate than IETester.

Unfortunately, the options are somewhat limited.

You can use VMWare with Windows XP installation (or lower) to test IE6

You can use VirtualPC (free) with (free) Microsoft XP / IE6 image

You used to use Spoon.net to launch only the browser through the plugin in Firefox / whatever

You can try MultipleIE, but IE6 will break and not work if IE8 is installed locally

Or, if you're really lucky, you can support IE6 DROP!

I use the expression super super. This is good for layout errors, but unfortunately it is useless for testing the script

If you only have one page, you can use Browser Shots for free or register for a small fee. They were very good in the past when I had the same problems with IE Tester that were not 100% correct mainly with JavaScript problems.
