Windows text editor with dynamic built-in spell checker

Question

Can anyone suggest a text editor with dynamic built-in spell checking for PHP / HTML programming? I am looking for a window editor similar to Textmate on Mac.

Try TextPad ( http://www.textpad.com ) - you can set syntax definitions ( http://www.textpad.com/add-ons/syna2g.htm l) for processing PHP, HTML, etc., and it supports spell checking.
