How to check SSL configured and configured correctly on dev?

Question

I am moving the site from one server to a new one. Currently, the new server is a development site and is accessible via IP.

I copied and configured SSL on the new server, but it doesn't seem to be checked anyway that SSL is installed correctly until I specify the domain.

Is there a way to verify that SSL is configured and configured correctly before I specify the domain?

Ideally, I would like to launch a site and find out that everything is working correctly!
