How to insert / delete row / column of WPF grid in context menu in design mode?

In the car in the office, my Visual Studio 2010 has a context menu for inserting / removing a row / colunm from the grid, which is very convenient compared to manual insertion - you need to update each of the current row / column indices.

But I do not have this menu in my IDE. I do not know how this context menu is Grid Rowand Grid Column.

go to silverlight.net, click on the “Get Started” link and download the latest version of Silverlight Tools for Visual Studio 2010. This is also for the WPF designer.
