IIS 7.0 IIS Manager Does Not Have Package Management

Question

Trying to deploy mvc package but looking at instructions here: http://vishaljoshi.blogspot.com/2009/07/importing-web-package-into-iis-manager.html

I don’t see that the “Package Management” option is visible when I get to IIS Manager-> Default Website This is vanilla 2008R2 ...

What am I doing wrong?

I had the same problem. What I did to solve this problem in Windows 7:

• Go to add or remove programs
• Microsoft Web Deploy 2.0 Search
• Remove it (it was already installed on my machine)
• Microsoft Web Deploy 2.0 .
• → InetMgr.exe enter , , "" "" IIS.
