How to change R package to create a new Reweighted Kernel cell density package?

Question

I am working on a Reweighted Kernel density estimate. I could not find the packet in R for a "weighted two-dimensional density estimate." That is why I am going to change the one-dimensional availabe packages. But I do not know how to access the source code for these packages. Please let me know how to do this.
