Configure and use ClamAV (antivirus) with Azure

I want to scan files uploaded to my Azure blob. ClamAV (www.clamav.net) seems to be the way to go. I see installation instructions on a Windows server, but what will be my procedure for a site hosted on Azure? I am using ASP.NET MVC.

Disclaimer: I have not used ClamAV. Having said that ...

You should be able to install it during the startup task (with elevated privileges). I looked at the ClamAV wiki and it seems msi has a silent installation:

msiexec /i clamAV.msi /qr

You will need to change this last parameter to / qn to force "no user interface".
