Real time audio input and output streaming in ios

am new to multimedia. I want to capture audio using samples and transfer to another ios device via network.how to get my work started ???. I just went through the multimedia guide to apples and say that it is filled with C ++ code and they write in file, and then the services start, but I need a buffer ... please help me get started correctly.
