PyQT - positioning and displaying a custom widget

I am trying to use PyQT to place and display a custom widget. So far I have a widget and my window. I managed to display the widget through the layout, however, I am interested in using .move (x, y,) to place my widget before showing (). So far, my code is as follows:

Any idea how to connect my widget without a layout, place it and show it inside my window?
