Why do I see SVN uncommitted decorator changes on fully synchronized directories?

I am accessing the Subversion repository using Subclipse. Some of the folders in the MyEclipse Package Explorer window are displayed with the uncommitted changes decoder:uncommited changes decorator on folder

This usually means that one or more files in a directory on my machine have local uncommitted changes. However, now some folders do not contain files or subfolders with uncommitted changes. (Ie I do not see any of them: uncommitted changes decorator on file)

This inconsistency is supported by Team Synchronization mode. When I tell Subclipse to synchronize with the repository for one of the affected directories, I see the following screen:

empty list under folder with outgoing decorator

, . , , , "" . "SVN update" "replace with repository version" , " " " ".
