Which mobile SIM cards do javacard actually support today?

I wonder on which smart cards can I run javacard? afaik requires an open platform OS, but: which USIM cards for mobile phones today (especially in Germany) really support this?

As far as I know, the whole SIM card created over the past 10 years can run java. The problem is that you need a code that can be obtained from the card holder, that is, from the carrier. But the operator will not give you this code if you are not a carrier partner ...
