Asp.Net 4 WebControl to display date and time

I am using aspnet 4 and c #. My user needs to insert DATE and TIME in the field. Data for transfer to DataBase has this format

2011-02-23 10:30:29.27 and DataType: datetime2

I see only CalendarWebControl in visual studio , but it is only able to handle date, not time.

I found an interesting WebControl at: http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/calendar/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx

Special feature for Time Picker.

In my question, do you know any Free / Open source control? If not some other WebControl solution or not?
