Install NSWindow focus

Question

I have an application that opens with one window and one panel attached to this window.

actions:

• deactivate my application (the application is open, but without focus)
• click on the button on the panel (now the panel is focused, but the main window is missing)

How to set focus on the main window (parent window) from the panel?

It is not clear what you mean by focus, and the main window, which you call the main window, is defined in Cocoa. Assuming this is Cocoa's main window, and the focus is the same key status,

[[NSApp mainWindow] makeKeyWindow];

or

[[NSApp mainWindow] makeKeyAndOrderFront:self];

If this is not the main Cocoa window, you need to have a link to it and send it to -makeKeyWindowor -makeKeyAndOrderFront:.
