Chart library for Windows Phone 7 with zooming and panning?

Question

I am looking for a Silverlight graphing library to use in my Windows Phone 7 project to render 50-100 data points. I would like the series to be scalable and customizable and can be attached to these events.

I still looked at the Silverlight Toolkit for WP7 , however it doesn't seem to support zooming or panning at all.

Is there any component that I could use for this? This seems like a fairly simple requirement for a graphics library on the phone, but I did not find it.
