Disadvantages of Using the Solver Foundation to Program Constraints

What are the disadvantages of using the Microsoft Solver Foundation for CLP? Solver has some support in Express / Standard versions, but it can be assumed that one would have to buy expensive Gurobi / Knitro add-ons to do anything more than the most basic constraint programming.

Purely considering CLP capabilities, how does Solver compare with ECLiPSe?
