Does the ReadMe file not display its contents when included in the VS2005 project?

Question

I included the readMe file in my project and linked the * .rtf file with it. The steps that I followed are

1) create a * .rtf file and include it in the "Application Folder" in the "File System" by right-clicking on the project settings. 2) Later add the ReadMe dialog to "User INTERface". 3) Than include this * .rtf file to it.
4) The value of "Sunken" is true.

But the contents of my * .rtf file are not reflected when I actually try to install my installer package. I just get an empty readMe file when installing the package.

Can anyone kindly inform me of this.
