Insert text file from iPhone to network computer programmatically

Question

I want to insert a file (created by my iPhone application) from my iPhone into a specific LAN Computer folder programmatically (using Objective-C). I use a Wi-Fi network, and my iPhone and computer are on the same network.
Using my iPhone simulator, I can copy and paste files from one folder to another folder in the same MAC. My intention is to get the latest copy of the file from this predefined computer and paste the files of my iPhone application into this folder.
