Is there HTML 5 "Builder"

Or do you know anyone who is working on this? I tested everything you can do with HTML 5 here and some other sites, and this is awesome. I think that such a large library should have some IDE with intellisense and simple documentation (for example, when you press F1 on Visual Studio while the character is selected) and all that. And if not, then I probably should start working on one :).

Most well-known IDEs and their latest version, for example Netbeans , Eclipse , Dreamweaver , support initially HTML5. You can find out more and choose one according to your preference.

There are many IDEs with HTML 5, it is important not to share the current web technologies with HTML5, because they are really very close to being the same. For example, the latest version of the Adobe tool offers support for HTML5, as well as other IDEs such as Aptana. Unfortunately, the HTML5 specification has not yet been completed, so there may be discrepancies between browsers that the builder can work around, but will put a lot of burden on you.
