How to record a microphone and speakers in one buffer and / or sound file

The idea is that you will have a conference using the headset, and I should completely record the conversation (what both sides say) with reasonable quality, restrictions for components / units:

  • should be compatible (or at least almost) with Delphi 2010

  • if any components must be shipped with Delphi 2010 or be open source

I was thinking about using Direct X, but I did not find an example.

Note: desktop recording + sound (microphone and speakers) will be even better.
