Does the server IP address appearing in Google search results unexpectedly?

Question

Last week or so, I was browsing my site pages shown in Google results, such as this one 204.232.210.182/cartoon/0615/, and not like this one www.andertoons.com/cartoon/0615/.

Any idea what might trigger this? Is this something I have to worry about?

In addition, just in case, I ask this wrong, be careful. This is my first question asking a question here.
