Where does the WPF RichTextBox editor get spelling from it?

Is it used to spell check Microsoft Word?

No, they are not part of Microsoft Word. They are part of WPF. It would be inconvenient for developers to have a feature that depends on the installation of Microsoft Word. Instead, it uses a built-in dictionary.

WPF4 introduced functionality for custom dictionaries.

You did not indicate why you need it.

So, here's a wild hunch. You can check: http://nhunspell.sourceforge.net/

NHunspell , Microsoft®.NET Framework. NHunspell - # Hunspell, Hyphen MyThes. , . NHunspell.   OpenOffice, , OpenOffice.org.
