Getting workflows in IIS application pools

I am looking for a way to list through Virtual Directories (Windows Server 2003) in an application pool and get diagnostic data (in particular, WorkSet, Private Bytes and Virtual Bytes).

I found a lot of information on how to list through server application pools and get virtual directories inside, but what do I need to do to get diagnostic data?

Basically I want to add a script that captures this data for a monitoring application (NAGIOS). We have a script that already captures the top 2 worker processes on the server, but we don’t know which application pools they belong to.
