Launch other applications on Windows Phone 7 Programmatically

I download a file from the Internet and I save it in IsolatedStorage. and now I want to open this file, that is, if it is excel, we must open the file with excel, if excel is installed, or ask the user to select an application to open this file, as in Windows windows os. How can we do this? this .. give me some idea ..

There is usually no way to do what you describe. An exception to this is the environment for which you can integrate with a music and video hub. This will allow you, for example, to upload a movie and then play it the same way as if it were part of the zune collection, even if it was in IsolatedStorage.

I am sure there are system launchers for different applications. For example, the YouTube app can be launched programmatically, as I showed here - basically it is similar to what Matt showed. Ultimately, each application launches through a UIX link (caught here ), but there is no open endpoint for opening the URL res.
