Create and Deploy EJBs Using Intellij 10 and GlassfishV3

Does anyone have a good tutorial on creating and deploying EJBs using Intellij 10 and Glassfish. I was working on learning some of the basics of J2EE, and it was a huge stumbling block as I found tutorials for everything else.
