MS Visio 2007: How can I get power at both ends of a relationship?

In Visio 2007, I may seem like I am setting the power of a parent-to-child relationship, but I want to also set up Child-to-Parent. Is there a reason Visio won't let me do this? Do I need to create separate relationships to achieve this? I use two Entity Objects / Forms and an Object / Form Object.

Note. I got the power in the diagram by going to the database> "Options"> "Document" and checking the "Cardinality" field.
