Unfortunately, the Entity Framework is not very suitable for bullying, due to the lack of interfaces, for example. Here is another question regarding the simialr problem.
I find it best to use the Moles framework from Microsoft (although it doesn’t have the finest API for working with what I saw. But hey, at least it's free)
