Extjs bbar filter not working as desired?

Is this the correct syntax for dynamically adding a filter to the bottom grid toolbar?

this.Grid.getBottomToolbar().plugins=[filters];

I have no mistakes when I do this. But he does not behave as promised. those. when you start the filter, the paging does not reset to 1. Therefore, load the page, go to page 2, then change the filter, and there is only 1 record (say). It shows: page 2 of 1because the paging is not reset.
