Install java without web aspect?

I would like to have JDK / SDK on my machine, but I do not want this coffee symbol to pop up when I get to some sites. I do not want web browsers to run java. I do not want this in the taskbar. I do not want this in the background.

I just want it to run some programs. javac a.java (enter) java a. What is it.

Is it possible? if so, how?

you just install it in the standard way, then you can configure it all from the java control panel

Install the Java Development Kit (JDK) and discard the option to install the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) as requested by the installer.
