80386 real mode simulator

Question

I'm looking for a 80386 real mode simulator, can you recommend it? I am only interested in the processor core and memory, I do not need peripheral devices and accurate simulation of the execution time of the command due to pipelining. I already briefly tried the simulator included in dosbox, but did not really like its interface. Thank.

What exactly are you looking for? Any x86 simulator will load the bootloader in real mode. qemu and bochs are free and can emulate x86 processors.

There is also a dosbox, also with its own debugger.
