Delphi FormatFloat and Format Functions

Question

I have an application in which users can set how the values ​​are displayed. Users enter a format string and the component uses FormatFloat to display the value.

But now we are using a new third-party component that formats values ​​using the Format function, and, of course, none of our custom formats work, because the Format and FormatFloat functions use different syntax.

Does anyone know of a way to convert between the two? Or maybe someone has a code for this?
