How to extract the main frequency from a cepstrum?

After applying the FFT, I get a spectrum with several frequency cells. How to get the fundamental frequency from this spectrum using the cepstral method?

I researched a lot, tried many times and asked three times about stackoverflow (which helped LOT), and I'm sure the cepstral method is best to detect the main frequency in my case. I just don't know how to do this.

If you guys know some kind of ready-to-use code for cepstral, paste it into your answer! Any other resources are also welcome.
