Multiple EXEs in Visual Studio solution - putting them in one output folder

I probably have a brain fart, but I have 2 library assembly projects in the solution, and 3 separate console EXEs that depend on them, all in one solution. What is the best way to create an assembly to put all the DLLs and EXES in one place after the assembly (debugging and release)?

Just change the location of the output in the project properties. Usually my projects are arranged like this:

Root
  Applications
    Project A
  Libraries
    Project B
    Project C

And then build for ..\..\Bin\Debug and Release, which places the Bin right under the Root. I do this because, if you do not use the GAC libraries, they are still copied locally, so I prefer to have them all in one place.
