Does Apple allow me to request promotional codes for apps rated 17+?

In my only app with a rating of 17+ in iTunes Connect, the "Request Promotional Codes" button is disabled. I checked Google before contacting Apple, and it seems that in 2009, Apple temporarily disabled promotional codes for 17+ applications. Does anyone know if this works again?

I checked the following:

  • I did not use all the promo codes of the application

  • My user has the necessary "legal" status

Unfortunately this is the case. I don’t know why, but since last weekend there is no longer the opportunity to create promo codes for 17+ applications. I contacted Apple to ask them about this, and they confirmed that it is.
