Change dynamic video playback speed in Flash

I'm looking for a way to let Flash Video quickly change speed, from slower to faster than the original frame rate. It should only work on a Windows PC, and the latest version of Flash 10.2 with Video Stage is available.

Flash Media Server provides a trick mode that facilitates some of these features. Check NetStream.step () and look at these links:
