Time synchronization between two Windows 7 machines connected to a LAN cable

I have several laptops that run our application when connected to each other in pairs using an Ethernet cable, but are not connected to any external network or the Internet. T

I need a couple to synchronize their system times, but since every computer should be able to synchronize with any other computer, I can’t determine that one computer is a time server and the other is a client.

Is there a way to do this using NTP? Or in some other way?
