C # microphone capture

Question

Can someone tell me how I can grab a microphone and send it over IP? Is there any example of how to capture and buffer to send it to a UDP socket on another computer and listen to a song? I work in C #. THANK. I would really appreciate if there is anyone who can give me an example :)

if you just want to stream audio over UDP, you probably don't need the full implementation of the SIP stack, but if you want to make skype-clone, you probably will.
