Heroku ignores recent migrations

Question

I just ran heroku rake db:migrateit and three of my last migrations are completely ignored. I pushed everything to Heroka and Gitub, but this, like Heroku, does not think that they exist.

git status doesn't show anything bad, and my repositioning of Github contains the migration files in the right place.

What's wrong?

From what you said, it should work.

If you are completely stuck, can you always try to pull your production database out of the hero, migrate to the local machine, and then push the database to the hero?

At a minimum, can you see what is happening in your database, at least?
