RTP Packets - C # Code

How can I convert a WAV file to an RTP packet and send it to a sip client? I would really appreciate the sample code.

Do you encode / decode a wav file with a specific codec before sending and receiving? In any case, the received RTP packets should be directed to the output source. This source may be speakers, a headset, or a file.
