How to change settings.bundle in real time?

Anyway, to add new entries to the set of settings at runtime?

We would like to be able to disable and select options depending on what information the user entered. It appears that Apple documentation for preference modification has written Apple documentation, but not the Settings page itself .

Settings.bundle is read-only. You cannot change it at runtime.

If you want to be able to change settings at runtime, you have application settings from the application.
