Check user poll for voting once

By creating a public.how poll, you verify that the user only votes once. I tried to use an IP address, but some organizations use 1 IP address.

This is not a 100% solution, but you can use the fingerprint of the browser in combination with the IP address. See this site for some convenient and easily accessible browser properties.

Disadvantages: Some people may be excluded (especially in large organizations with a very restrictive and, therefore, homogeneous infrastructure), others may vote twice, for example, using different browsers.
