Since the Sun-> Oracle transition, searching for Java documentation was useless. I am looking to find the official specifications of JSR-97:

You can check out JSR-97 here first: http://jcp.org/en/jsr/detail?id=97 JavaHelp 2.0 is released and now FCS. This is the page: http://java.sun.com/javase/technologies/desktop/javahelp/ However, the JavaHelp project has moved to https://javahelp.dev.java.net/
