Heroku PostgreSQL

Question

I need to edit data in my tables in Heroku, how can I do this using the PostgreSQL IDE or other solution? I am really new to Heroku, so please can you advise me that this is the best way. thank

As far as I know, Heroku does not offer direct access to the database. heroku consoleCut it out for you? You can directly access db through your models.

Otherwise, you can see how to import / export your database .
