WPF How to set an event up, down, left, right without using the up, down, left, and right arrow keys?

I am doing HCI (Human Computer Interaction) using face tracking. I am trying to control a PC using my face.

I have a 3x3 2-dimensional button grid. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

Suppose the current focus is on button 5. if I press the arrow, then the focus will be 2, the down arrow will be 8, the left arrow 4 and the right arrow 6.

I want to implement the functionality of the Up, Down, Left, and Right arrow functions without using the up, down, left, and right arrow keys. I already did, making the decision left, right, up and down. What event management, tabindex configuration and further process should be adopted?
