Windows Documents and Settings in other languages

My C # program traverses a drive for some data stored in a user profile folder. I need to know if there is any specific Documents and Settings folder. I cannot use the SpecialFolders trick because I do not cross my system drive, but some kind of mapped drive that may contain an operating system in another language, for example, German.

I just need a set of lines, as “Documents and Settings” look like in localized Windows, for example. German, Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Korean, French, etc.

Are there any links (file, link, etc.) that can help me?
