Youtube Player cannot be covered by any HTML element

I have a website containing Flash Player. The player code was copied from Youtube and pasted into the HTML of my page.

When I open a page on an iPhone or iPad, the player cannot be covered by an absolute positioned DIV tag. The div tag has a z-index of 1000 and covers all the elements (Flash Player) on the page if I use a regular PC. But on iPhone or iPad, I cannot cover youtube player with this div element.

I used a lot of tricks with the OBJECT and EMBED tags of the flash element (adding style = "position: absolute; z-index: 0", etc.), but no results.

Please help how can I use the Flash element on iPhone or iPad.
